Return requests must be made within seven calendar days of delivery. Return requests beyond this window will be marked ineligible.
Chevalier products must be returned in new and unused state, in pristine condition, with all protective materials in place, as well as with the original Chevalier box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents.
Chevalier will not accept returns if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. Please seal your return in the original shipping box along with your order invoice.
Please request a drop-off receipt from UPS as this is your confirmation you shipped the product. The drop-off receipt will ensure your refund in case the item is lost in transit back to Chevalier. If the return does not arrive within 14 days of delivery date, the return will not be accepted and there will not be a refund.
